I have blocked WhatsApp on firewall Layer 7 port 5222. I included on Security &Sdwan > configure: Firewall > Port: 5222. For now, the rule block WhatsApp is working well.

This rule created on MX64.

You can only block "uploading" of files specific to WhatsApp application under the Application Setting. But note that this would be for all files not just video.

 

Conversely, you can use the File Type Control setting to block Video files (e.g. avi, flv, mpeg, mp4 etc.).
