Hi, problem with a locked ATA191 we bought new (??) on Amazon. We cannot access it using admin-admin but only cisco-cisco. it look like that line 1 is already registered to a voip provider (strange for a brand new ATA). we can try differents factory reset with success, but after a few minutes the ATA is locked again and register with that unknow voip provider.
Anybody knows how to unlock that ATA for good so we can use it on FreePhoneLine
