Collect Jabber login  problem report,  logs from both Expressway C and E,   Use  it on CSA tools. you will have more visibility.

csa tool can be access from https://cway.cisco.com/csa/

How to collect log, Refer below link.

Hi,

Expressway E is giving   sip 404 error and  C says user authenticated  successfully

username masked

the below screenshot from the C

Collect the logs from both expressway E and C  while recreating the issue.

How to collect logs from expressway E and C  has been well explained on below link.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/expressway/213360-collect-expressway-vcs-diagnostic-log-fo.html

Hi there,

First try the SRV checker from the collaboration solution analyzer and check the results. Ensure that all the srv entries are in place, ports are opened and certificates are uploaded.

Then try the collabEdge validator to verify the MRA phone login.

The link for the analyzer is mentioned by @Nithin Eluvathingal in his post.

then you can try uploading the logs into the analyzer and find out what was wrong.

There's not enough information to suggest what the problem is.

I suggest looking at the MRA deployment guide, and working through all the steps to check and see where something may differ.

It'll end up being something typical - domains, certificates, servers being refreshed, etc.
