Presence Redundancy Group - no presence across Sub. and Pub. v. 11

Hi all

I have just installed a IM&P 11 subscriber, and setup a Presence Redundancy Group together with the Publisher. The cluster has no alarms and everything seems to be fine. The servers are running in "Balanced" mode.

When new useres are created, they are assigned to the new server (sub.). When useres are assinged to the sub. they can't see presence status for useres assigned to the pub. What are I'm missing?

On the Presence Redundancy Group in CUCM is "Enable High Availability" checked and are states in Normal state?

When looking at Troubleshooter in IMP server is everything appearing OK?
