Hi,
 
I am using CISCO CTIOS for a softphone development. I need help in indentifing if an agent is Inbound or Outbound after login. I know the CTI Server have this information but hot to get it. Is there any method to obtain it.

There is currently no method or event parameter available to determine
whether an agent is configured for inbound, outbound, or blended calls.
