Hi,
We are developing a recorder.
We have the following system: Call Manager 6, Cisco Phones 7942 and 7962
When a recording session is invoked (automatically), a SIP trunk is established between the CM and my recorder server. The BIB / Build-In-Bridge of the agent phone delivers two RTP streams to the recorder server.
CM INVITES my recorder to both calls via SIP Trunk. My recorder accepts both calls and receives two RTP streams from the device BIB.
My problem is that I'm trying to obtain, through JTAPI, the value of the RTP port used by the agent BIB phone to send the RTP stream to the recorder. Is there a way to access this information?
Through JTAPI, I only access the information about the CALL between the agent and the caller and not the CALL between the agent BIB phone and the recorder.
Is that possible with JTAPI to get RTP Input/Output parameters about the agent BIB phone for the call corresponding to the CALL between the agent BIB phone and the recorder?

Correct.
This isnt possible from JTAPI as of today.

In the SIP message received by the recorder from the Call Manager, the SDP information is as follows:
Media Description, name and address (m): audio 4000 RTP/AVP 0 101
The port number (4000) indicated in this SDP is not the real value used by the BIB / Build-In-Bridge of the agent phone.
The recorder needs to know the value of the RTP port used to send the RTP stream to the recorder.
Is there another way or technology to access this information?
