Webex Calling is a cloud service that offers enterprise-grade calling features delivered from the Cisco Webex cloud. This platform is part of the complete Webex collaboration suite that serves the calling, messaging, meeting, team collaboration and contact center workloads needed by the 100+ user market segment. Webex Calling is sold by Cisco VARs and provides a cloud alternative for customers who no longer want to own and maintain an on-premises phone system.
Webex Calling supports a “Bring Your Own Carrier” model, allowing customers to use any carrier of their choice for PSTN service by deploying a local gateway. Now, with Cloud Connected PSTN (CCP) option, customers may use an authorized CCP Provider for their PSTN access. With CCP, Cisco interconnects with authorized PSTN providers to enable Webex Calling customers to have economical and reliable PSTN in the cloud – without the need for any premises-based gateway.
Cloud Connected PSTN providers have designed a set of all-inclusive service packages to connect your Webex Calling users to the world with quality and security.

Congratulations to our new Cloud Connected PSTN Provider, Alphalink, providing PSTN services in France and Luxembourg for Webex Calling customers in the European home region.
Also, very pleased that Tata Communications has expanded their support into the ANZ and APJ regions. Checkout the Availability tool above for more details!
Hi Very helpful,
I have a quick question. I see Panama is listed as Selling and that is great because we have an office there, but we also have branch offices in the Caribbean that are not on the list at all. My question is if we purchase in Panama with CCP and everything can connect at my branch offices in the Caribbean also connect and if possible to use local gateways at those sites.
HI Thanks for this. Easy to find the availability. Is it applied to CCP offer for UCM cloud? Thanks
@dwayne rattan Webex Calling does not support calling for countries outside our Sell In and Branch countries, even with a local gateway.
@g.kim2Arkadin Cloud Connected PSTN Providers (CCPPs) for UCM Cloud can be found on this commnites page.

Where did the worldwide map go? Can't filter on country. What happened?
Thanks for this
I'm converting the registration code for self registration. We are changing this month-to-month, then suddenly this mistake takes place as you can see here. So, the code that we've got for this month continues to be the existing code from remaining month
Hello, where is the map?
How does the billing work for PSTN services in this model? Is it added to the monthly Webex charges or does the provider bill the end customer directly?
For CCP the customer has to sign the agreement directly with the provider. Billing will also be direct between the CCP and the customer. In case someone else also has these questions.
