On November 22, 2012, Zeus Kerravala of ZK Research discussed the findings of his recent study, The When, Where and How of Cisco vs. Microsoft for UC, in an open TweetChat moderated by @GoCiscoCollab and @CiscoCollab. hosted a TweetChat covering the big decision points when deciding between Cisco vs. Microsoft for unified communications.
