Here we would see how can we figure out the completion time of an upgrade of IP Phone/s on CM 4.x.
Once the upgrade of IP Phones is started on Cisco Callmanager 4.X it would take time in order to complete the upgrade of all the ip phones within the cluster.
We can actually view the time when the upgrade on the particular phone would finish from within SQL. Please follow the steps mentioned below for the same:
Start -> Programs -> SQL -> Enterprise Manager -> ccm0300 -> Device Table. It has a field called 'Upgrade Finish Time'.
