There are many ways to forward / send / route call from UCCE script to external part / number, i am assuming you are not using admin script and getting Day of week and time checked within routing script if so here are the steps:
let say you if you already have Day of Week object in routing and time checks then you just need to add another Label Object and mention number (on which you want to foward call) by selecting Dynamic option and mentioned number in quote for example "0044345xxxxx" here in this example 0044 for UK and then number. reffer to below screen
