Core Issue

This behavior is not consistent with the 7960 or 7940 phone, where the exit button screen is not displayed during login or logout.

This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCee26663.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, update to Cisco CallManager 3.3(4)sr1a or 4.0(1)ES20.
