End of course feedback not marked as complete

I have completed my end of course feedback exam but it was not marked as complete.When i open end of course feedback it is showing suvey completed.

I have the same problem since a few weeks, this couses my final exam tab to stay restricted despite the effort of my teachers to try and resolve this. has there been a solution for this yet?
