Help to change email account from partner to personal mail

Hello,

Can some one help me with a guide or information of how to change my partner email to personal email.

I'm currently finishing my working relationship with a partner, the dissociation was done today, but now I can't change my profile with email from partner to my personal email.

Also I'm the partner email access was suspended.

Unfortunately, there is no direct provision to change or update the email address for the community account. However, I suggest you open a new community account with your email address. Once you have done that, please share the account information, such as the email address and account link, with cisco-community@external.cisco.com. We will then be able to merge your current account with your new account. This will allow you to access your old account using the credentials of your new account.
