Get the Information about the procedure for opening TAC case.

Dear Team,
We are a partner member of Cisco but it was recently canceled. Before canceling our account, we were able to check the prices of Cisco devices and the SN of our purchased items. Our account is registered under int@lankacom.net. We previously opened a tack case and recently attempted to open a tack case regarding the replacement of a faulty switch by mailing to tac@cisco.com. But as we understand it, we could not open a case because we did not have permission. We would like to open a TAC case in the future. Therefore, we need to know what is the procedure for opening a TAC case. Please provide more details on that.

You need to have smartnet contract the the device and your email should be authorised to open a tac case.

What do you mean by smartnet contract? Please provide us with more information on how to create our portal for opening a TAC case in the future and what information you need from us about smartnet.
