Has anyone had issues with using third-party browser extensions in Finesse? If so, have you resolved them or found workarounds to get them to work?
We currently use Antidote, a French language spelling and grammar check application that has a browser extension. The extension works fine on all web pages and web-based email clients(Gmail and Outlook), but we are unable to use it in Email and Chat queuing in Cisco Finesse.
NOTE: We are unable to use Chrome as the Finesse Email/Chat application does not work in Chrome.
Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.
