CUIC 12.6.2 memory utilization and

Hello,

I have two  problems with CUIC 12.6.2 

1- memory utilization. I ran the commands   show process using-most cpu & show process using-most memory through cli and found the result attached.

2- when i tried to run utils diagnose test , there is no output and it freezes

Could you please assist me on this for both problems

is there any recommendation about memory utilization output

I've heard recommendation for CUIC to be rebooted every 3 months for instance to avoid memory/other issues. When was your system last rebooted?

I guess the question is, why are you concerned? Like are you having an issue? Is there something specific about the memory utilized that has you concerned?
If you do a show status for instance, are the percentages for what is used high, for instance?
