I have enough licenses in our UCCX 12.0.1.10000-24 , but when I try to enter to Finesse after entering credentials I receive the next message - Your sign-in attempt failed because the maximum number of licenses has been exceeded. Please contact your administrator.
Please tel me what does it mean
p.s. there're no any other agent logged-in to the Finesse
