Finesse Reports View ID Not Found

Hello,

I am having an issue with reports in Finesse for Agents and Supervisors that all show View ID not found. 

My CUIC has all of the reports listed, but when I look at a report to verify the View ID, the Permalinks selection is greyed out. So I can't get the View ID from that method.

I can create a custom report, and that has Permalinks available and I can see it.

The two systems are both (UCCE & CUIC) version 12.6.  I downloaded the report templates for CCE 12.62 Historical All Fields and CCE 12.62 Real Time All Fields, but after I imported them, they also show the Permalink greyed out.  (When I imported, I overwrote the previous entries which were version 11.6 reports)

How can I get the View IDs for the stock reports? or is the Default Layout in Finesse Administration Desktop Layout not using the right ones?

I was able to use the CUIC command line to see all the View IDs of the reports.

sql select Id, Name, ParentRptId from cuic_data:cuicgrid

I have an issue now that only the Historical.xml gadgets are working but not the LiveData.xml gadgets.

Still troubleshooting. I've looked at the user permissions in CUIC and they seem to be correct.

For the Live Data ones, do the Live Data reports work for you in CUIC?

The reports I have loaded were Historical and Realtime.  I downloaded the LiveData zip file and tried to import it, but it gave me errors.

Does Realtime also use LiveData.xml?

I can run the reports that are loaded in the CUIC with no issues.
