PCCE SPOG - Issue When Creating a New Dialed Number

Hello,

This is regarding a PCCE environment version 12.0 (migrated from PCCE 11.5 recently).

When creating a new Dialed Number, we noticed that the “Dialed Number Record” is filled with the prefix C5001 / C5002 instead of cvp1/cvp2.

Is it normal? Any idea on what can be done in order to have the DN starts with cvp?

5001/5002 should be your routing client IDs. It happened with me also when I upgraded from 10.5 to 11.6. I didnot get any way to make it append cvp1 and cvp2 to the DNs.
