Task Router

We have stood up a new task router and created the feed and campaign within task router and can see it increment. when we make a call. The issue is we are not getting anything transfer over to the ICM scripts. We have the dialed number and calltype mapped to a script. Any guidance on what I am missing?

You might need to provide more details like which version, what configuration, etc. for people to offer suggestions, but as a start, do you see any entries in Router Log Viewer for instance?

Like Bill said more details are needed, but the documentation on getting Task Router up and running is really really good and you just need to follow it exactly.
