UCCE Blind Transfer

I am using Cisco Finesse 12.5.

The scenario is as follows:

I initiated a call from the customer to Agent A, and Agent A made a blind transfer to Agent B. The dialog events that I am receiving on Agent B are as follows:

  1. The first event shows the call type as 'CONSULT' and the dialog state as 'ALERTING.' and the participant's state as 'INITIATED' and 'ALERTING'
  2. The second event shows the call type as 'TRANSFER' and the dialog state as 'DROPPED.' and all participants state is 'DROPPED'
  3. The third event shows the call type as 'TRANSFER' and the dialog state as 'ACTIVE.' and the participant's state as 'DROPPED', 'ALERTING' and 'ACTIVE'
  4. The fourth event shows the call type as 'TRANSFER' and the dialog state as 'ACTIVE.' and the participant's state as  'ALERTING' and 'ACTIVE'

What could be the reason for the 1st event call type being 'CONSULT' and the 2nd event call type being 'TRANSFER' and state 'DROPPED' state after the blind transfer to Agent B, and how can I resolve this issue?

If you try and use Finesse and the single step transfer in this same scenario you outlined, does it work? If not, and that's the same scenario you're describing, I likely have the answer for you.

Yes @bill.king1, on the Finesse the single-step transfer in this same scenario I outlined is working, but I want to know why I am getting these events in the SST call on Agent B

I understand its having issue on Agent B side.  This may be a hardware issue on Agent B.

Can you do Consultative transfer?  What happens when you put this customer on hold and retrieve it on Agent A?

How are you doing the blind transfer from a third party CTI controls or is it native finess?
