UCCX CallBack CallRedirect Step Issue with External Calls

Currently we deploy a Callback script based in this paper:

The problem appear in the "Call Redirect" step when the system dial to the external phone number. The legs "busy", "invalid", "unsuccesful" works with internal extensions but no with PSTN numbers. The behavior is when the callback is placed to the external phone we haven't find any way to check if this call is attended, rejected, no answer, etc...

 

Any way to implement something to check this and for example if the CallBack dialing fails for a busy or rejected cause, can manage this status and re-queue the call for a new callback?
