Uccx permissions for Supervisors to manage prompts

Hi,

I am using UCCX 8.0.2

I have configured a UCCX script to record and upload prompts. I would like to allow Supervisors to go into UCCX and manage these prompts e.g. rename them and delete them.

Is it possible to assign permissions to Supervisors to manage prompts (access prompt management) without assigning them Administrator privilege ?

Hi John

No, only Admins can do that.

Generally I give users/supervisors a flow chart with their applications on them, and that contains numeric IDs for each prompt. I then give them a telephony script they can log into and record over the prompts - they can auth to that with their Supervisor extn/PIN and that allows the upload.
