Using a Hunt Group and Wallboard

We currently have UCCX using normal csq's but one of our agent groups does not like having to log in via the CAD. I tried to use the one login service but I kept getting "invalid entry " even when copying the URL in to IE- any ideas why the invalid entry.

- <CiscoIPPhoneText>
<Title>Error</Title>
<Text>Internal error: Invalid input.</Text>
<Prompt />
- <SoftKeyItem>
<Name>OK</Name>
<URL>Key:Services</URL>
<Position>1</Position>
</SoftKeyItem>
</CiscoIPPhoneText>

As a temporary measure I had to configure a hunt group with Hlog key with the agent pressing the Hlog key to log in and out , the call flow went after passing through a Menu option step goes to a call forward which pointed to a non-UCCX hunt group as above . However the manager wants a wallboard to report on the calls but the agents like the hunt group solution using the hunt group. The manager only wants to see call queuing ,calls offered and answered/transferred to the hunt group- doesn't care about time to answer,abandoned etc.

My initial thinking was to use a CSQ in a script pointing to a hunt group which is configured only to have a busy trigger of 1 per "agent" so if the agents are all in a call the scripts puts the call in the queue section of CSQ script, this will provide us with the wallboard feature . However the select resource only offers connected which points to the resource or queue. I need to some how route the call from the connected state to a "call forward"

Any thoughts on why the agent log in URL fails or solution to the above call flow. If I manaually enter the agent details via the http://.....initial url - it all works

thanks
