Abstract
Energy consumption for networks is a hot topic and a great concern for all of us. At Cisco, we have a lot of ongoing initiatives to innovate sustainable solutions for your network, to help the customers embark on the journey toward a sustainable future. Koen Bastiaens, VP CX North will talk about what we are doing in Cisco to support our customers' sustainability goals and why there is so much hype about the emphasis on it? As part of one of the Sustainable Innovation initiatives, Saumya Dubey and her team have developed a framework called SUSi. We will focus on how technology and automation can be an enabler to help you reduce your network's and solution's ecological footprint. Koen Bastiaens is the Vice President, of North Theater, Cisco Customer Experience (CX). In his current role, Koen leads the North Theatre of Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) EMEAR organisation, covering professional services, support services, customer success, and renewals. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring Cisco’s customers realize the best value from technology investments. Throughout his career, Koen has held various leadership roles in R&D, Sales, and Services in multiple industries and segments. He enjoys working with people of diverse cultures, coaching talented individuals, and building high-performing teams. Above all, Koen is passionate about safeguarding the future of our planet by advocating and building sustainable work and life practices.
Saumya Dubey, Customer Success Specialist - Automation, is driven by innovation and creativity in tech and how it has the potential to drive sustainable change. Currently, she is working as a Customer Success Specialist for Automation and spending a lot of time working on sustainable innovation in Cisco.
