Hi All,
Another group (subsidy) has their own Cisco gear and its showing in our cx cloud database because we share the same mailing address. Cisco then usually mixes things up. Is there a way I can segregate/remove these equipment from appearing in our cx cloud database?
Thanks!

Hi Chris, We tried #1 didn't work... Is there a guide/resource so I can work on #2?
THanks

Yes, but I haven't set up telemetry in Cisco Catalyst. Device controllability is turned off and yes, devices are in Catalyst are our own assets but they were discovered and not via PNP...
Honestly I am not sure what would be the best approach, I can do setup asset groups or telemetry (I may need to enable that feature first?)
Thank you for all the help

Hi Chris,
the two organizations share the same contracts. I have no idea which devices are ours vs other organization's just by looking at the serial numbers covered by the contracts. I also don't think I can remove them from our contract as that would affect their Cisco Support. I know that our DNA center has the accurate list of our owned devices since these were populated by discovery. Is there way to populate cx cloud data from DNA without mixing them up with data source of using contracts?
