Steps to clear cfs lock.
1) "show cfs lock" to find out which cfs application and which switch holds the lock
Application: device-alias <--- find out the application that locks the cfs
Scope : Physical-fc

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
...... <ip_address> admin CLI/SNMP v3 . <---- find out the IP address of the switch that locks cfs
2) Access to the IP address of the switch found in step#1, and issue command
"clear device-alias session"
