WAP for cabled lab use

I'm new to the community and hopefully have chosen the appropriate group for this question.  Strangely, Cisco.com online support seems to have no technical knowledge and recommends the "community groups."

We must replace some old Cisco access points in a lab set up, fully cabled (no antennas) for interference tests, not for normal user connections.  For this use it is important that we can:

  1. Choose a particular modulation scheme.  For example, if for some odd reason I want the old 802.11a, I don’t want the WAP to override that.
  2. Choose a particular channel and not have the AP search for a better one.
  3. External antenna connectors (since we’re cabled-only)

The Catalyst 9115 Series sounds promising but I’m not certain.  Can I do the above and does it have a web configuration interface?  The 9115 link to the web interface points to a 2600 Series WAP.   If it can't do the above, I'm happy to learn of alternatives.

Many thanks!

Mike
