2 days in a row my anyconnects creds arent working for devnet sandbox

Keeps telling me bad password, I am entering the creds sent to me via email.  This happened yesterday and I spun up a new session and getting bad password again today - what am I doing wrong?

@SDAOUD1978 which sandbox? Is your reservation active. Might sound like a simple thing, but ensure you are not copying in any spaces or gaps in your password and your destination for your sandbox is correct. If all of this is correct the eng team will need to check your reservation/sandbox.

Thanks for the quick reply - its a cloud native SD WAN instance that I am trying to spin up - Yeah I was careful not to copy any spaces  and I even manually entered the password - I just get a login failed everytime.

@SDAOUD1978 hmm not sure here, i grabbed a fresh lab and was able to connect ok... Can you share the any connect logs?

I cleared my logs earlier : I tried again right now and the log doesnt show the login failed even though thats what i get

@SDAOUD1978 has the sandbox spun up with errors, if it has your VPN wont connect? Might be worth trying a different sandbox and see if you get the same issue.
