Appd is not discovering a web application in SANDBOX

Hi All,

Hope well, I m new in AppD, setup SandBox and following appdynamics fundamentals LAB, but unlucky even after hard try Application Supercar-Trader is not discovering in AppD, followed all process, agent installation, tomcat variable export. did all

Any Help please, what could be the reason to website is not discover in AppD. thanks
