Cisco DevNet Sandbox website down?

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Cisco DevNet Sandbox website https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/? It's been down since Friday and I'm not able to reach it. I rely on this website for my learning for preparation DEVASC certification and I'm wondering if it's just me or if others are experiencing the same issue. Have you been able to access the site? And if not, do you know if there is any update from Cisco on when it will be back up?

NOTE: I already tried clearing the cache and cookies. It just keeps loading and stuck at the page attached in the attachment.

@shikhasr tested from IE location and had no issues 3:27 PM Monday, March 13, 2023 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) using Chrome Version 110.0.5481.177
