IOS XE on Cat8kv AlwaysOn - Request Reset/Restart

I appear to have locked out access to the "IOS XE on Cat8kv AlwaysOn" lab.

Is there a way to get the lab restarted/reset?  Support chat recommended submitting a ticket with TAC but I do not see a way to do so.

 

Edit: Apparently the lab device cannot be pinged, so using that as a check for when the lab was working again was a poor move.
