Trying to connect to the IE4000 in the lab but is doesn't look to be online, do we have a way to reset the lab or a way to start the switch.
Yesterday, it was not working, same thing today, what's wrong.

@lnicol try and cancel the reservation and spin a new one, this normally solves this issue.
Hope this helps.

Hello @lnicol training support does not manage the devnet sandbox. If this is still happening with new reservations, please advise I will raise this with the ENG team within DevNet.
Hope this helps.

@lnicol devnet doesn't offer phone support for this sandbox or learning labs sadly. You can raise issues and ask for help in the devnet team space here --> https://developer.cisco.com/site/support/
The sandbox team monitor this space for requests and issues. I have ask them to look at the sandbox https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/097310ec-afbe-4e8b-8611-87fe2a087e1c?diagramType=Topology which you are using to confirm this is working as expected. Please standby whilst the look into this.
Hope this helps.
