Hola comunidad.

Initializing Hardware... System Bootstrap, Version 17.1.1r [FC3], RELEASE SOFTWARE (P) Compiled Tue 11/12/2019 15:28:58 by rel Current ROMMON image : Primary C9200L-24P-4X platform with 2097152 Kbytes of main memory boot: attempting to boot from [flash:packages.conf] boot: reading file packages.conf ########### *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND| Both links down, not waiting for other switches Switch number is 1 *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND

Step 1 |
From your PC, download the software image file (image.bin ) from Cisco.com. |
Step 2 |
Load the software image to your TFTP server. |
Step 3 |
Connect your PC to the switch Ethernet management port. |
Step 4 |
Unplug the switch power cord. |
Step 5 |
Press the Mode button, and at the same time, reconnect the power cord to the switch. |
Step 6 |
From the bootloader (ROMMON) prompt, ensure that you can ping your TFTP server.
|

switch: boot tftp://10.10.10.2/cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.09.04.SPA.bin boot: attempting to boot from [tftp://10.10.10.2/cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.09.04.SPA.bin] Filename : /cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.09.04.SPA.bin IpAddress : 10.10.10.1 TftpServer : 10.10.10.2 TftpBlkSize : 1468 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* File Size : 345568633 Feb 15 22:50:25.348: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh Feb 15 22:50:31.483: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUNDFeb 15 22:51:15.157: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh Both links down, not waiting for other switches Switch number is 1 Feb 15 22:51:48.126: %PMAN-3-PROC_EMPTY_EXEC_FILE: R0/0: pvp: Empty executable used for process run_ioxn_secure_dir_sh *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND *** Stack adapter authentication failed on stack port 1 on switch 1 *** Stack Adapter Auth Fail : SIF_SERDES_CABLE_EASTBOUND

Gracias

Hola,
