On above topology, I'm trying to create or simulate a loop with the route 192.168.200.1. I'm expecting to have that route back and forth between R3 and R4 but it is not happenning. Attached table route from R3 and R4 so I can apply the tag filtering to avoid it.

here the lab show the suboptimal and ROUTING LOOP
R1-R2 EIGRP 100
R1-R3 EIGRP 100
R2-R4 OSPF 100
R3-R4 OSPF 100
there is redistribute between EIGRP and OSPF (two way redistribute)
Now we redistribute LO 1.1.1.1 in R1
the prefix must appear in R2 & R3 as D EX but only R3 show that
R2 learn the prefix via O E2 not via D EX.
this because the O E2 have AD 110 and D EX have AD 170

it randomly, you can see R2 or R3 have routing loop (suboptimal) path
I close lab open again and you can see now the R3 learn correct path and R2 not
