Controller WLAN authenticate user with portail

Hi 

please we have cisco controller 4400 and AP 1100, and rooms like hotel, we need to create portail web and for each room has her own access to net, if any one can give us idea how to make or sugestion like create voucher to each room or user.

this for manage access and know and limit who can or can't access.

You can use web authentication portal for the user to login or you pre-define PSK , how you have centralized identify system like AAA in place, you can use ISE or FreeRadius depends on budget and experts, you can also use Local users.
