DRF local and master down

Hi

when i launch cucm backup manual to UCM,IM&PR,and CDR it stuck and say failed to initiate backup 

after i restart them (services DRF) in sub and pub, if select only CDR it success, same for IM&PR and UCM but if select all (three) it stuck in 51% and say

please any ideas or helps

First, which exact version of CUCM/IMP are you running? What is in your cluster (Pub and how many Subs? How many IMP?)

Second, gather the trace file (DRF Master on the CUCM Pub, DRF Agent on the IMP Pub) for a failed back up and post them here as an attachment to your reply (rather than pasting the data into the window...that is really hard to read).

We'll take a look and help figure this out.

sorry for late, CUCM PUB and 01SUB and IMP 01 SUB ares in version 12.5 no IMP PUB, i have still restaring them but no way
