Hi,
We have multiple cisco room kits ranging from mini to Plus at a number of our client sites.
We are having this issue where some the call and share screen buttons are appearing on the main display as well as being on the touch panel. I've been through every single setting and tried to find something to turn this off but I am now at a loss.
There seems to be no common denomination between any of these systems that would point towards a cause for this issue.
Any help is appreciated.
