Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding caller ID display on Cisco Finesse and Jabber.
Currently, incoming calls from a queue in Finesse are displayed as "call center" on Jabber, without showing the caller’s number. I’d like to know if it’s possible to configure the system so that the caller’s number is visible simultaneously in both Finesse and Jabber.
Does anyone have a solution or any ideas on how to make this information available on both platforms?
