I am writing to report an issue I am facing with Webex Contact Center Desktop. The list of agents does not refresh automatically, and I am required to manually refresh the interface each time to see the current status of the agents. This is causing delays in monitoring real-time agent activity.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or guidance on how to ensure the agent list updates automatically without requiring manual intervention.
