Hello, I am an admin in my organization. I found out about the Level Up program through an e-mail but whether I try to get there google, my admin panel or the e-mail itself, I get a 404. Is this a me problem I need to reach out to support for or is the platform currently down?

The LevelUp platform has been retired. A communication about this milestone was sent to Duo customers who accessed the platform in the last few months of 2024 informing them of this change.

Update: I now get the SSO login and can successfully login....takes me to the DUO admin console. When launching the Level up platform from Help>Helpful Links...I now get "unknown error".

Tried it now and I also am getting the 404 Page not found...

Hey thanks Cisco for removing the only training modules for this platform. This was a stupid decision based on laziness to update the material. I digress for those of us that used this to train our Helpdesk staff in understanding the product before setting them loose to possibly make bad decisions. Thanks again Cisco for screwing us over.
