Hello!
I've tried to enable Duo Restore on my Duo Mobile app on my Android device, but I just don't have the settings for it.
I've checked if I have Google Backup enabled - I do, and I checked the Duo Mobile app permissions and I have access to Google Drive:
After this, I went into my Duo Mobile app, in the settings, clicked on Duo Instant Restore, and all I have is information about the latest backup, no buttons, checkboxes or anything. It just says "Last backup: date".
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you in advance!

Are you trying to enable backup for Duo Mobile on your phone, or are you trying to restoreuse instant restore to transfer backed-up Duo Mobile info from one phone to a different one?
If you want to restore, you should have verified that you had Duo Mobile backup enabled on your old phone, and that it had created a backup in the phone's signed-in Google account.
Then, on the new phone, you sign into Android using that same Google account and let it restore your Google app data to that phone, which would include the Duo Mobile backup info. When you launch Duo Mobile on the new phone that had all your Android app data installed, Duo Mobile would use the restored data. You don't actually initiate an instant restore operation in the Duo Mobile app.

Oops, I think I posted a reply to the post instead of your answer, sorry!
I'll copy my reply here:
I'm trying to move to a new phone, and I wanted to move the Duo Mobile data to the new one.
As you said, I tried to verify that I had Duo Mobile backup enabled on my old phone, and that it had created a backup in the phone's signed-in Google account. And if it's not, then enable it by following this tutorial: https://guide.duo.com/duo-restore#enable-backup-android
I checked the Google backup is enabled for app data on my old phone, and it's enabled.
But I don't see where I can enable the Duo Mobile backup, since when I access Setting > General > Duo Instant Restore in Duo Mobile on my old phone, I only see that a backup exists, but nothing else, no option to enable the Backup accounts with Google Drive or Automatically reconnect third-party accounts from cloud.

On your old phone there is no option in the backup/restore settings in the Duo Mobile app for third-party accounts? What version of Duo Mobile is installed on your old phone? Do you actually have a third-party account added in Duo Mobile (i.e. Instagram, etc.)?
