Issue with Duo Push and Code with Duo.com

I get desktop push and test push from within Duo.com, but logging into Duo.com, neither the Push nor the code work.  Only text or call.  I tried clearing the cache and re-activating, but not sure what else to do.  Are they two separate things?  Does Duo.com have a separate MFA setting?

Good, that is what Duo admins who are also Duo users of apps in their own org should have when both accounts are activated for Duo Push.

Nobody logs into duo.com.

If you are a Duo administrator, you would log in to manage your account at https://admin.duosecurity.com (or a domain specific to your account that ends in duosecurity.com like https://admin-<something>.duosecurity.com). If you are a Duo Federal customer, your admin login URL ends in duofederal.com.

If your org has deployed Duo Single Sign-On, your organization's Duo SSO login URL for end users is https://<something>.login.duosecurity.com.

For end-user MFA in non-SSO applications, Duo MFA is either showing an interactive web prompt hosted at duosecurity.com, or for non-web MFA it is making API requests to duosecurity.com (or duofederal.com as noted earlier).

With that extra information, can you explain where you are trying to log in that you do not have the expected factors available? Are you logging into the Duo Admin Panel as an administrator, or are you logging in as an end user? If as an end user, are you logging into Duo SSO or are you trying to approve MFA for a non-SSO application?

Your Duo administrator account in Duo Mobile is separate from your Duo account for logging into Duo-protected applications, and needs to be activated separately. Is it possible you activated Duo Mobile for push only for your end-user account but not your admin account (or vice-versa)?

Sorry I misspoke earlier.  When I go to duo.com, yes I get redirected to duosecurity.com.  I am the administrator.

When I go to that URL, I am asked for my password.  When I enter password, I'm prompted for MFA.

I have 4 options: Duo Push, Text, Phone, Duo Mobile password.  Push and passcode don't work.  Text and Phone do work.

It's possible I'm not activated on one or the other, that's why I'm asking.  If I click on my profile, it takes me to my user in the organization.

I did a Reactivate and it seems fine now.  I have two different accounts now in Duo.  One Admin and one normal.
