what are the pre requisite or step that need to be taken to be seen as good in talos SDR ?

The first thing is for the domain to be over 30 days old.
The make sure you aren't sending stuff that gets marked as spam or malware.

If you had an issue, and have fixed it you can create a ticket at talosintelligence.com and see if they'll update it.

Thank you for the reply, the domain is over 25 year old and has been sending legit email for 2 decade. when i check with tools like https://www.mail-tester.com i get 10/10 score including dkim spf dmarc all set. as far as i can see in the server log it is not sending spam and not nearly enough volume (few 100's per WEEK) to trigger anything, the worst thing is the auto reply back scatter for not existing accounts. i have been trying to reach a human being at talos for the past year in hope to have better understanding of the classification but no success so far. if you know how to get a hold of them without going through they automated ticket system, please do tell me.
