As we are notified, that search api `modifiedSince` parameter will support only `up to 1 year` creteria.
Wondering how you can support full list of devices query.
Since our products are to support many Carrier's Jasper accounts' devices management through your REST APIs. We leverage this search api with `modifiedSince` from 1970's, to do so at the moment.
