If you connect your headset using an RJ9 cable, it should function properly. I don’t believe compatibility is a concern in this case. However, if you’re using an EHS cable, you’ll need to check the AUX port. If I’m not mistaken, the 9841 model has an AUX port, but according to the datasheet, it’s dedicated for log collection. So, I’m unsure if we can connect an EHS cable to it. Bluetooth should work; however, according to the datasheets, Bluetooth is only available on models 8961 and 9871.
