Can anyone let me know the models number among Cisco IP Phone 7800 and 8800 thats support BIB(Built In bridge) feature?

Anand, feature support depends on the combination of cucm, phone hardware and its firmware.

CUCM reporting capability can tell you whether its supported or not from CUCM perspective combined with phone hardware. But you need to make sure that correct firmware is running on the phone. The phone can download the firmware from CUCM during registration process.
