Is there a way to disallow dynamic E.164 number registration from a CME to a GK without specifying no-reg after each ephone-dn?
The logical commands for this would seem to be:
On the GK - no ras rrq dynamic prefixes
On the CME - voice service voip > no ras rrq dynamic prefixes
But neither of these commands has the effect desired - ephone-DNs continue dynamic registration. Is the no-reg specification per ephone-dn the only possibility?

You can do this globally in CME:
telephony-service
max-dn

Do you have to do something else to get this going? I have an existing configuration I applied this to.
The command applied number
I then issued a no gateway, gateway to re-register it with the gatekeeper but the e.164 numbers are still there.
I did verify on the gatekeeper that the registration goes away and comes back.
Any ideas?

You need reload gatekeeper and CCME router
