Can't able to hear old voicemails.

Can't able to hear old voice messages. To listen up those messages, clicking on 3 as required to hear older messaged in 8945 Cisco IP phone. When I press option 3, the phone doesn't give me the old messages. On the contrary, it waits for me to leave a message.

If you're an end user you need to reach out to your IT department for assistance with this, this would depend on what you use for voicemail, and depending on the settings, messages after certain period of time might be deleted automatically. But only your IT department would be able to tell you what is happening.
