CDRs in CUCM 4.3

Hi,

I am not getting CDRs in cucm 4.3 after loading BARS backup from 4.1. I have checked the follwoing settings in 4.3

1. enterprise parameters are enabled

2.service paramets like CDR enabloe flag is already set to true

3. CDR insert services running on both cucms

4.cdr network share is already reachable using UNC path from both servers, it is residing on publisher

above things are already configured on publisher & susbcriber

any help guys??????

Have you check CAR is running fine and restart the Tomcat?
